3. Service Fees

TripFairs LLC may charge a service fee for travel booking, consultation, and support services. When a service fee applies, it varies depending on the type of booking, fare class, and route complexity. Any service fee will always be:

• Itemized separately from the base airfare and government taxes.
• Confirmed in your booking receipt and e-ticket confirmation email.

Service fees are non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed, except where required by law. Please review our Refund Policy for full details.

4. No Airline Affiliation or Endorsement

TripFairs LLC does not represent, and has no formal partnership with, any airline, airport, or travel supplier referenced on this website. Booking a flight through TripFairs LLC is equivalent to booking through an independent travel agent — we facilitate the booking on your behalf with the relevant airline or supplier.

Your contract for air travel is directly with the operating airline. Airline policies regarding baggage, changes, cancellations, and refunds are determined solely by the carrier and are subject to the airline's own terms and conditions.

5. Price Accuracy & Data Sources

Fares displayed on this website are sourced from Global Distribution Systems (GDS), airline APIs, and partner data feeds. While we make every effort to display accurate and up-to-date pricing, we cannot guarantee that all displayed prices are currently available or error-free.

In the event of a pricing error, TripFairs LLC reserves the right to cancel or refuse any bookings made at an incorrect price. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or the opportunity to book at the correct fare.

6. 24-Hour Cancellation (DOT Rule)

In accordance with U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, most airline tickets booked at least 7 days before departure may be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of booking, at no penalty, when the ticket is purchased directly from the airline. This 24-hour rule applies to tickets issued by the airline and may or may not apply to tickets issued by TripFairs LLC as a third-party agency.

TripFairs LLC offers its own 24-hour courtesy cancellation window on eligible bookings. Please review our Refund Policy and confirm cancellation eligibility with a TripFairs LLC agent at (855) 302-0422 before canceling.

7. Limitation of Liability

TripFairs LLC acts solely as an intermediary between travelers and travel suppliers. We are not responsible for:

• Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes by the airline.
• Overbooking, denied boarding, or any actions by the airline or airport.
• Lost, damaged, or delayed baggage.
• Changes in government travel advisories, visa requirements, or entry restrictions.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or political unrest.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from travel booked through our service.

Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the total service fee paid to TripFairs LLC for the specific booking in question.
